TROPICAL BARBECUE MULLET |

2 pounds fresh mullet
fillets
Thaw fish if frozen. Brush
both sides of mullet fillets with Tropical
Barbecue Sauce. Place fillets in a single layer
in well-greased hinged, wire grills. Cook about
4 inches from moderately hot coals for 5 to 8
minutes. Baste with sauce. Turn, cook 5 to 8
minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when
tested with a fork. Garnish with parsley. Makes
6 servings.
