SMOKED MULLET ROMANOFF

     
 


1 pound smoked mullet
1 package (8 oz.) egg noodles
2 cups large curd, cream style cottage cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1-1/4 cups sour cream
2/3 cup sliced green onions and tops
½ teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

 

Remove skin and bones from mullet. Flake the fish.

 

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain well.

 

Combine fish, cooked noodles, cottage cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, onions, liquid hot pepper sauce, and pepper. Pour into a well-greased 2 quart shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.

 

Bake in a moderate oven, at 350 degrees F,. for 20-25 minutes or until heated throughout.
